Service Description
LAKE IVANHOE (Orlando) Per Waverunner. Up to two guest each. All participants must bring a photo ID with birthdate. Must be 18 years or older. Max weight capacity is 350lbs. We recommend that all guest are able to swim & have upper body strength to climb back on the jet ski if you fall off. Must sign a waiver to participate. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy For cancellations, please contact us by email or phone to request a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date are non-refundable due to demand and scheduling commitments with other customers. A 15% additional fee will be charged for no-shows or customer-initiated cancellations. Refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds may also be considered in cases of emergency, severe weather in the area, or if we must regretfully cancel your reservation. No refunds will be issued after services have been used. This includes situations where time is interrupted, canceled, or terminated due to misuse of equipment, intolerable behavior, intoxication, impairment, or similar circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
