Service Description
LAKE IVANHOE (ORLANDO) Journey across the central florida lakes with our Gnarly Kayaks. Single rider kayak, lots of cargo space, with a weight limit of 275lbs to 290lbs. Parents or guardian are welcomed to carry a small child on board with a PFD type 3 life jacket. We are also Pet friendly, so a dog on board is always welcomed. 2 kayaks, 2 snacks, 2 bottle water, 2 super soakers, 2 Flash lights, 2 black lights, 2 head lamps, 2 life jackets, 2 leis & 2 walkie talkies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy For cancellations, please contact us by email or phone to request a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date are non-refundable due to demand and scheduling commitments with other customers. A 15% additional fee will be charged for no-shows or customer-initiated cancellations. Refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds may also be considered in cases of emergency, severe weather in the area, or if we must regretfully cancel your reservation. No refunds will be issued after services have been used. This includes situations where time is interrupted, canceled, or terminated due to misuse of equipment, intolerable behavior, intoxication, impairment, or similar circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
