Service Description
Reservation Policy Your reservation secures your scheduled time slot and prevents it from being booked by other guests. This policy applies to all third-party reservations. A valid debit or credit card is required to complete your reservation and must remain on file. The card is used to verify your identity, secure your reservation, and may be charged only if applicable under the policies below. Applicable charges may include: Reservation: $1 Cancellation or no-show fee: $10 Late arrival or rescheduling fee: $20 Private travel fee for extended-distance service locations (when applicable) Replacement or repair costs for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment or property Any additional fees disclosed in our policies or agreed to at the time of booking If you have more than one voucher and would like multiple activities to take place at the same time, please reserve separate time slots and notify us. We will gladly adjust your reservations so your activities can be scheduled together. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy For cancellations, please contact us by phone or email to request a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and reserved time that cannot typically be filled on short notice. A $10 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged for customer-initiated cancellations or no-shows. Refunds may be issued if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation. Refunds may also be considered if we must cancel your reservation due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from providing the service. No refunds will be issued after services have begun or been used. This includes situations where the reservation is interrupted, canceled, or terminated due to misuse of equipment, reckless or unsafe behavior, intoxication, impairment, failure to follow safety instructions, or any violation of our rental policies. The payment card on file may be charged for applicable additional fees, including but not limited to: $20 late arrival or rescheduling fee Costs associated with property or equipment damage Any other applicable fees disclosed at the time of booking or in our rental agreement We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to providing you with a safe and enjoyable experience.
