Service Description
Reservation Policy The reservation fee is non-refundable (Voucher Only). This fee secures your time slot and prevents other guests from booking it. This policy applies to all third-party bookings. If you have more than one voucher and would like multiple activities to take place at the same time, please book separate time slots and notify us so we can adjust the reservations to run together. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy For cancellations, please contact us by email or phone to request a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date are non-refundable due to demand and scheduling commitments with other customers. A 15% additional fee will be charged for no-shows or customer-initiated cancellations. Refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds may also be considered in cases of emergency, severe weather in the area, or if we must regretfully cancel your reservation. No refunds will be issued after services have been used. This includes situations where time is interrupted, canceled, or terminated due to misuse of equipment, intolerable behavior, intoxication, impairment, or similar circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
